Mr. Redman has been working in damages and financial forensics for over 40 years and has spent many years in the largest and most prestigious firms in the world.  Mr. Redman started in this industry in 1983 when it was just beginning to grow.  Mr. Redman's first job was with Peterson & Co. which was the first major, independent forensic accounting and litigation consulting firm.  Mr. Redman left Peterson to help lead the forensic accounting practice in the San Francisco office of Ernst & Young (Ernst & Whinney when he started).

In 2010, after over 25 years working in larger firms, Mr. Redman established RedmanDIG.  Here, we offer unparalleled experience and client service at rates you might expect from lower-level managers at most other firms.

We believe in a hands-on approach, and that the most compelling damages analysis and expert testimony come from experts who have been involved throughout the project.

At RedmanDIG, you work with the damages expert you retained.  You will not encounter the common “expert bait and switch” that you may have experienced with other firms.  In addition to working directly with your expert, when appropriate, we can staff almost any size project with the appropriate lower-cost associates to meet your needs and budget.

When you retain RedmanDIG, we can help you with:

·         Witness identification and retention - Besides internal experts, we work with other top academic, industry and subject matter experts around the nation.

·         Early damages assessment - We have the experience to quickly identify problems with damages theories and calculations.

·         Neutral expert evaluation- where both parties agree on one independent expert to help them.

·         Discovery assistance - including document demands, interrogatories, and document triage. We can help you to get the documents you really need.

·         Data analysis, damages calculation and presentation.

·         Expert reports.

·         Deposition and trial testimony.

·         Deposition and cross-examination support for opposing experts.
